REFUND POLICY - NeuroSales Capability Lab
This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Use. It sets out the Guarantee that applies to the NeuroSales Capability Lab™ Programme, provided by Executive Consulting and Coaching Ltd, trading as NeuroSales Capability Lab™ (“the Company”).
The Guarantee
Complete the Programme, actively participate, and take the required actions. If, after six months, your team has seen no meaningful improvement in sales capability, mindset, behaviours or performance, the NeuroSales Capability Lab™ will provide your team with an additional six months’ access to the Programme at no additional cost.
Improvement may include positive changes in areas such as sales behaviours and effectiveness, focus and motivation, mindset and resilience, confidence, consistency, communication, application of sales skills, quality of customer conversations, sales process execution, or overall sales capability and results.
How to Claim the Guarantee
To claim under the Guarantee, the Client must have completed the six-month Programme, actively participated, and taken the required actions outlined within the Programme.
If, after six months from the Programme start date, your team has experienced no meaningful improvement across its sales capability, mindset, behaviours or performance, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of that six-month date.
We will review the team’s Programme participation and completion record and, where the Guarantee criteria have been met, provide the team with an additional six months’ access to the NeuroSales Capability Lab™ at no additional cost.
Other Refunds
Outside the Guarantee above, all refunds are at the Company’s discretion. If you have already accessed or downloaded the Programme materials (videos, workbooks, or other resources) and promptly request a refund, we reserve the right to decline that request. The Guarantee exists to let teams properly try the Programme and get their money back if it genuinely doesn’t work; it is not designed to let people access the materials for free.
