Executive Consulting and Coaching Ltd, trading as Neurosales Capability Lab (the “Company”), respects the privacy concerns of the users of its websites, neurosalescapabilitylab.com and neurosales-capability-lab.mykajabi.com (together, the “Site”), and the services provided there. The Company provides this privacy statement to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.

Behavioural Remarketing

The Company uses remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites to you after you have visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

Facebook Custom Audience (Meta Platforms, Inc.) Facebook Custom Audience is a remarketing and behavioural targeting service that connects the activity of this website with the Facebook advertising network.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing.

We will not store or collect your payment card details. LinkedIn Social Widgets The LinkedIn share button and social widgets are services allowing interaction with the LinkedIn social network, provided by LinkedIn Corporation.

Children Age 13 and Under

The Company recognises the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 13 and under. If you are 13 years old or younger, the Company requests that you not submit any personal information to the Site or to the Company. If the Company discovers that a child age 13 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.
